Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident on the 23rd of September and aside from two initial glitches; one, on the first call to report the accident, I was told that everyone was at lunch; and two, I waited 2 ˝ hours for a two truck that just didn’t come. A friend happened to drive by and offered me a lift home which I took. The police officer said that she had to wait for the tow truck so there was no reason for me to stick around.

That aside, I want to thank you for the service I received. The car was towed to BGM Auto body, I received a call about aggravating an existing back problem and was given specific instructions on how to proceed and the rental car arrived the next day. I couldn’t have asked for more efficient service.

I got my car back on the 13th of October and I was amazed at the wonderful job BGM and Brian Maloney had done. It looked like a brand new car. It was clean, the gas tank was full and there was no indication as to where all the scratches were after going through that galvanized fence.
